I would guess that, since fewer horses are drinking, there would be a difference. How big a difference, dunno.

Not an expert, but I think in general, US-version have the emmission-crap resulting to poorer MPG. (But they tell me my lungs are better! :o)

I think it is highly dependent on driving style and use (hiway v. city). Steady state 60 mph can deliver high mileage in most cars. Sitting at a stoplight delivers ZERO miles per gallon on all cars.

That being said, I do mostly non-highway driving, tend to drive "for fun," and I've never averaged more than 15-16 mpg in any of my SCs or Carreras over the years!

That's been my experience w/RoW '82 SC.

Those have been my numbers in '82 RoW SC.
