I would love to have 15ins but don't think I could cost justify them at this time based on what I am seeing on this forum in the used parts section and on ebay. Plus I'd really want to have 9's in the back and 7s or 8s in the front.

Are the lips and petals painted on the ones in your first pic?

You'd have to check with Rota but yes, I think the Rota RSR finish is a painted application.
