wiring issue
I have a problem with my 75 911s,, the high beam are always on when the lights are on,even the small blue light in the dash is on, ,I have seen the diagrm here but it either 73 or 82,, which on is the right one,, once I have that it will surely help
an other note or may be the same , i had to rebuilt the steering column and noticed that half of the circular connector were undone, so they are in as .... which one is which , they all can connect in all the spots thanks for the help guys on

You need a new turn signal switch, not a wiring diagram.

I had the exact same problem, turned out the turn signal/high low beam stalk was bad, here's a pic of the problem:
