Working on Christmas just pain sux.
Fact is though that a lot of folks are needed to keep things going for the lucky ones who are home with family. So for erveryone from the clerk at the Quicky Mart to the Electrical Grid Tech to the fellas in our armed forces - THANK YOU

I have been at work since 6pm christmas eve and will until 7am christmas day.

Worked in the control tower (atc) till midnight giving Santa priority handling.
Also spent an hour or so in a packed emergency room on the way to work, they were busy too. |

My g/f is a hospice nurse, and will be working today (as she does most holidays). Thank you all for providing these essential services while the rest of us get to spend time with families, etc. Merrry Christmas to everyone!

Helping keep the electricity flowing today in California from 05:00 until 17:00. The double time and a half makes it worth it for me and my family. Nice to hear the appreciation, though.
