993 rollover protection
Does the 993 Cab come with factory roll over protection?
My brother wants to DE his 993 Cab and I don't have an answer for him about whether the car comes with a hidden roll bar or other protection system. Des anyone know Thanks Steve

NO it does not. 996 was the first "911" cab with any form of rollover protection beside the winshield.

Thanks and thats weird because the Canadian PCA keeps telling him it's fine and that he doesn't need to add anything because the car comes with factory rollover protection!
I didn't think it did and am encouraging him to get a bolt in out bar installed for his own protection but they are not demanding it. Thanks Steve

and the 993 does not have a DAS type bolt in/bolt out option - you have to permanently mount on in the 993 cab (or 964 cab for that matter)
