Torsion & sway bars

I would appreciate any information concerning the merits of torsion & sway bars.Based on the stock items on my car, what would be considered a "reasonable" improvement for DEW, and otehr activities to improve handling

Your car is similar in age as mine. A reasonable torsion bar upgrade would be 21mm front and 27 rear for spirited street driving and occasional track use. Upgrading your shocks if original may also be neccessary. Suggest Bilstein, either standard of Sport. Next would be sway bars, adjustable. 22mm front 19mm rear. Weltmeister or AJUSA brands are good as starting level. Your can go more aggressive with sizing but at a cost of ride comfort. Other improvements would be Turbo tie rods, camber truss, lowering, adjustable spring plates,........................................... .................................................. .............................................(it goes on and on and never stops!!........................................... .................................................. ..............
