SWEEEEETTT!!!! Really nice looking. I believe the paint code would be #451 and the seats could be the black/white pinstripe #999 551 039 40. SmileWavy

An arm, a leg AND an option on a vital organ in good condition...

Always makes us chortle heartily to hear Americans complaining bitterly about gas @ $3.40 US per gallon.

Premium gas (for my 930) is about 1.05 GBP per litre in the UK. There's roughly four of those to a US gallon (because you guys are still using weights and measures from the Jacobian era), so, given the current rate of exchange that's $8.40 US dollars per (US) gallon. Been somewhere around that price for years and years.

To put that in perspective, I'll fill the tank at 1/4 full and put 60 GBP ($120 US) of gas in it.

Given how "car-friendly" the Irish government appear to be, I'd be surprised if gas was cheaper there.

Congrats and heres to creating many road memories :)

€1.10 per litre on average at the moment so it cost me €80euro to fill the tank. so we are almost 30p a litre cheaper than uk prices

3.2 cab: you are right paint code is 451 according to the log book .re the black/white pinstripe #999 551 039 40, cheers any ideas were i might find the cloth?,

It appears that Pelican shows an updated part number for that fabric: TPB000000007BN. Hopefully this will possibly be a good start on finding the fabric.

You must be one heck of a driver if you can auto-cross and drink coffee at the same time!

Cheers,

She's a beauty. Love that color. Welcome to the madness!

PS - I would consider all vinyl or leather oem type seat covers for both seats. It will really transform the interior, giving you that new car feel.

Cheers Bob thats a great suggestion and I think its the way to go as I will never be able to get the original fabric clean enough.

Yes Its my first Porsche and after sixteen years of wanting one I am so delighted I own it. However I drive about 800 miles a week in my VW passat and want to drive the porsche for every one of those miles.
