This is listed as a 9" on ebay. It looks like an 8" to me.

The difference is the lugs are recessed on the 9's.

That looks like a 9 to me. Part numbers would confirm.

Thanks guys. Got home and compared to my 8"s and now I can see the difference.

If you want 9s, go to Jason Cullen. Trust me, you don't want the drama that I went through.
However, if you need an extra single 9, I do have a spare sitting in my garage that I would be willing to part with.
