I admire your vision and skills!
If you haven't already, please give us a little detail regarding your driver's side mirror mounting method? Vitaloni Sebring Mach 1 Mirror... just glued on?

Hi Dave,

The front wheels are OEM fuchs - 16x8's with a 1" spacer. They're running 225/50 Kumho V700's. Out back are Sonjay weld up 16x10" fuchs with 265/45 V700's. For the previous poster, the mirror is glued to the glass.

The car will be running at Bathurst this coming Easter Weekend, and then is for sale. It now has a Setrab 72 row front mount cooler installed, is fully sorted ( fastest air cooled car at it's last two PCNSW events ) and has full road legal registration, and is a comfortable drive on the street.

I can arrange shipment to the UK for interested buyers. Contact me through here or www.911parts.com.au

Cheers,

Outer door handles are being re-fitted too. This is the passenger one - we don't need no steenkin' key locks!

I like it, for my own interest how did you go about filling the door lock hole?

Hi John,

I sold it to a guy in Melbourne in 2010. He had some nice modern cars and was looking for something older. I still have fond memories of the car and particularly racing Bathurst in it where it performed exceptionally well.

I still have my 73 RS rep and the idea of another project is never far from my mind, however the value hike in the last few years makes it a different proposition..

Cheers
