Free Fuchs

I live in Virginia Beach, VA. If anyone on this site lives in the area, they can have my old Fuchs that used to reside on my 87" Targa. Just reply to me and I will give you details. I think they are in bad shape, but then again they may be salvageable.

Sell them to Lindsey racing so someone can have new Lindsey's made. Last I heard they were out of cores.

Well if nobody wants them I only live 3 hours away and I will take them.
I fear I am too late but I just thought I would try.
You have another PM

Rick V,
Though you scare me with your "Grim Reaper" logo, I think it is only fair that I give the Fuchs to you seeing that you asked first. Please think twice about it before you make the three hour trip. I think they are in bad shape. They were chromed and have since peeled the chrome and have a powdery residue on them. Other than that, they are OK. It would probably cost a lot to re-chrome them. My e-mail address is rgdalacrity@yahoo.com.

OK, cut out the dramatics. We all know that what's one man's trash is another man's treasure. I'm giving away 2 x 7's and 2 x 8's. They are more trouble than they are worth to me to get refurbished.

rgdalacrity-

Welcome to the board!

I must say that a free pair of Fuchs couldn't go to a nicer Porsche enthusiast - Rick V.

Rick is a euro mechanic by trade has helped MANY local and long distance enthusiasts, many times for free. Don't let the 'grim reaper' avatar fool you - this is not Rick (I've actually wondered why he has that avatar but never asked him).

If you're ever up in the Richmond area let me know...

Ouch!

I responded two hours before RickV. My PM said I'll take them!

Bummer.

Enjoy them!
