Scat Procar seats

Has anyone ever put scat / procar seats in their 911? Modifications? Need a set of seats for my 911 and these look nice and the price is right.

I have these seats in my 1973 and love them. I purchased them upholstered in black leather.

Their seat adapters bolted right up to my floor pan. Seats slide perfectly and they are very comfortable

ljowdy, I've been thinking about buying those same seats for my 73.5.

How is the ride height compared to the stock seats? I'm nervous that the seat might be too high once installed. Is the back support good too?

Thanks,
Kyle

I'm 6'1" and weight about 210. I also have a sunroof in my 1973. The top of my head just clears the headliner.

Support is great and the backrest adjusts forward and back.

The only problem is they are taller than stock seats and if you have a stock steering wheel, it's uncomfortable to drive.

I installed a smaller diameter MOMO steering wheel and I now have no problems.

Overall, they are more comfortable than stock seats, provide more lateral and back support and the seat cushion cradles your butt. Plus, they are relatively inexpensive and are available in leather

Thanks for the info. Sounds good but that height to steering wheel issue worries me.

It definitely gives me something to think about, thanks.
