factory parts catalogs cumulative?
Are the Porsche Spare Parts Catalogs cumulative like the repair manuals are?
For example, if I have a 1973 is there any reason to buy the for Parts Catalog for O and A series 911s? |

70 was a two manual set. 71, one manual. I think 72 and 73 were one manual each but, simply put, no I don't think they were cumulative. I don't know about earlier than 69.

I don't think that they are cumulative either. I have an original 1965 parts manual (Dated December 1964) that is one volume looseleaf. It doesn't appear to have any cumulative updates. But I also have a pdf printout of the PET manual that is dated 1965-1969 which is different from and appears to contain more parts information than the looseleaf 1965 manual. My 1972/1973 manual is a two volume softcover set. Groups 1-7 in one volume and groups 8-N in the other. The PET manual that covers the same information is dated for cars 1970-1973 and again appears to contain more parts information (for the 1970 and 1971 cars).

Thanks - sounds like I should look for my specific year.
