Thumbs up Speedo problem solved--thanks!

My nonfunctioning speedometer now works, thanks to the severel gents who suggested that perhaps I'd replaced the sensor onto the transaxle "backwards" during the restoration. You were absolutely right. The cream-colored potted side goes in, the dark brown Bakelite side goes out. Duh.
