removing the front bumper?
 
How many bolts hold on the front bumper?- 81 sc

-I see the 4 in the front, under the bump strip, where are the others?

The rubber bellows at the rear are attached to the bumper on each side in two places. That's all of them.

Those bellow nuts are very small.

Ok-

I've already removed the rubber bellows, and after removing the 4 bolts under the front rub strip I can wiggle the bumper a bit, but it still doesnt seem to want to come off- are their additional nuts adjacent to the front of the bellows I am missing?

I think that is it. At least that is all there were in my 80. I just giggled it a bit and it slid off the front 4 screws. Maybe check the wires going to your turn signals. Maybe they are hung up. If not that I'm not sure.

What about the metal piece in front of the oil cooler in the pass fender well? not sure if your car has it but my 86 does and it was a little pita to get off. you can search for a thread on it's removal if you do in fact have it

the two (10mm I think) bolts holding the valance must be removed from inside the luggage compartment. right in front (or behind) where your jack is mounted.
