993 Engine Swap
I was wondering if it would be possible to mount a 993TT engine to a two wheel drive 993 transaxle (6 speed). I heard that the turbo and NA cases are so completely unrelated that they cannot be mounted to the other trans. Would this leave me having to look for a GT2 trans? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

993TT and 993NA use the same basic case so I dont see any problems with bolting a 993 6 speed to it. It should all be bolt up

It's the 996, Bosxter, and Cayman engines and trans that are incompatible w/ the GT3, tt, 993

Yes, but you use an upside down GT3 trans to do so
