Which fan/alt should I use, and a quick wiring?

I have two of everything, one is I believe a '69 and the other a '75.

The one fan is for sure Bosch, shallow depth, so 55amp right?

The other has no manufactures label and is the deep depth. Do you know what brand it is?

I have 2 fan pulley haves one small and one bigger, whiich one should I use?
Also I won't be using the accessory pulley part of it, so can I cut that bit off? or should I leave it alone?

Wiring it has two terminals of almost eveything (the bosch unit only has two B+'s) do I just jumper these together?
And finally do I just use the bosch external regulator on both these units?

Going on a 914 3.0 conversion, hoping to sell the one I don't use once I know the other works well....or should I just keep it for a spare?

thanks
