help ID large port CIS intake

i don't have pix to go on. i'm picking up parts for a friend. he just wants to make sure he's getting what he paid for and i don't know what i'm looking at.
("large port" CIS induction) does anyone have part numbers or measurements i can take? i have calipers.
any help appreciated.

37 to 38 mm id on the ports. the date codes on the runners (if from usa or europe) will be 78-79. Euro cis can have date code of 80-83 too
