Question Spark plug question

Can anyone tell me the difference between
Spark plugs Bosch W5DC and WR5DC ?

Both are copper core plugs. Up to now I use the W5DC and am quite happy with it, but I have trouble getting them right now. I was told by my standard OEM Dealer to use the WR5DC.

They are the same plug, but the WR5DC has a built in resistor. I don't think using a resistive plug will make a difference.
