				Greatest Porsche Poster Ever!!!

So, Judy, our head of Customer Service got a call a while back from an elementary school teacher (and board member here - I'm at home right now, and can't remember his handle), and asked for some stickers for his "after school car club" for the kids. Judy sent him a package of some (maybe some other stuff too, can't recall). Anyways, the kids all got together and made this poster for us, it's awesome! Now hanging in our lobby, right when you walk in!

Thanks Wayne! The Edenrose Car Club was very appreciative of the Pelican Stickers that arrived. I see the stickers on agendas and pencil cases all over the school. I agree, I think they did a great job on the drawings, and they are going to be sooooo excited to see that their poster has been posted here!

This is the second year I have run a car club for the grade 4's and 5's, we are currently averaging somewhere between 30 and 35 kids per meeting. We meet every Friday at lunch time, and each week we do something different, like a quiz show, drawing or model contests, learn the four stroke cycle and when the weathers good, I bring the 911 out and the kids go nuts for it. I've shown them around the engine, I just wish I could take them out for a run. Future car guys (and girls - at least 50% of members are girls) and Pelican-ites. It's a lot of fun, and this coming Friday will be extra special now, because they will be thrilled to have their poster on the internet! Thanks again Wayne, Judy, and all at Pelican Parts.

			Hey Komenda Fan,

You should do a Car Show (Porsche). Charge a small entry fee for your club's fund raising and the kids could make a trophy/plaque for the best is show. It will be neat to see how they find the show. My .02, shoot I would enter if it wasn't so far away

Some of my most prized possesions are drawings that my kids did over the years.

Nice. I like some of their cubist-inspired portraits of the Porsche lineup.

Kids have a knack for drawing things that are exaggerated and out of proportion yet pleasing to the eye.
