I like the houndstooth contrast...if I ever put a man made material vinyl type material on a seat it would be MBTex...I don't know if Mercedes still uses it but it wears like iron and looks new forever.

Had an MB diesel in the 90's and the seats looked new after a decade of use.

I have a blue 1971 280SE in the garage, and the MBTex still looks almost new.
