Mulholland closed for SpeedTV's....

...supercars exposed series.

Just caught last few minutes in the midlands. Probably an old show but they are comparing a Ferrari, Lotus and 911 GT3...CHIPs closed down a section of Mulholand for the run.

Appears to be re-airing at 10 p.m. Pacific time tonite.

Forgive me if this is old news.

This is one of their new shows.... they ran the three cars 1 mile down the hill and then ran the same mile uphill. Then compared the two drivers times. Would be nice if they spent some time going over the cars, but hey at least its not nascar stuff ....

I actually saw this show being filmed. I went for a drive after a break in the rain one day a couple of months ago. No cars were around and I was bummed by the Road Closed signs. The road had just been opened, though and I continued on. I got to the overlook and was apexing the final switchback when I saw a cop car. Then I saw the Ferrari, Turbo, and Lotus lined up with a camera on them. I thought they sure looked silly with that wing and those graphics. Must be a silly gold chainer magazine shoot, I thought.

The show was a lot cooler than I thought, though. I finally figured out what that Spyker that I see has been up to.

Something about the noise puts me right to sleep!
