If you want the fogs to work with just the running lights, you can pull the headlight switch and move the grey fog light wire from pin 56 and move it to pin 58L or 58R. That will move the power feed to the fog relay form the headlight circuit (lights need to be on for fogs to work) to the parking/running light circuit where they will need to be on to get fogs to work.

I have mine on pin 75 so the fogs (front and rear) will operate any time the ignition is in the "on" position.
Got it! I will need a warm body who knows about electricals as I am afraid I might fry something. Since I was young, I am more of as dismantler and once assembled, I still have a few nuts and bolts left wondering where it came from

what 4w bulb shall i use for city lights

Reviving this old thread.

With the help of my friend whose into auto electricals, we finally got the rear fog lights working alongside the front fogs even without the head lights on and tap it with the park light. My question now is, I need to put city lights on the euro H4s so I can use it alongside the fog lights and park lights, what type of 4 watt bulb shall I use? I tried researching for city lights 4w bulb without success. MY H4s came the city light housing but without those small bulbs. Can I use the side marker bulbs that I took out since I deleted it in favor of a euro look?

Here ya go... I had to change one of the bulbs in my factory H4s a couple years ago and this is what they were. Got 'em at NAPA if memory serves.

Thanks, You're the man Kev! I'm still running single stage switch on the fogs for both front and rear. I can't figure out how to take out the switches. Looks like it need to take out the radio with the housing so I can have access from the back. Initial check I did was I cant get to access the rear of the switches. I already ordered the 2 stage switch but have no luck putting it.
