911 wheelbase change and 'legroom'

What year did the wheelbase change on the 911 and did the increase make any difference in rear seat 'legroom'?

MY68 was short, MY69 was long, the wheel base was stretched 57mm by moving the rear wheels back by that amount. No change in leg room. front or rear. These are only nominally 4 seaters
