Backdated Oil Line Question

I am in the final stages of Installing SSI's.. I did the oil lines today. I used anti-seize on threads going into thermostat and engine. Did nothing at place where two lines connect. Am I to use NO sealer? Just get the lines tight with the Anti-seize? This is an 83 SC that didnt leak a Drop of oil prior to the upgrade... and Id like to keep it that way... Thanks

The hydraulic seal is from the ground joints, nothing else is needed. By all means use anti-seize on the threads
