Different Types of available rear flares for the 911?
What are the different rear flare types for the longhood 911?
Stock SC Turbo RS? RSR? (Those have a slightly different profile than the turbo, yea?) Anything I'm missing?

Yep, I also think ST are the most aesthetically compatible with the early 911 shape.

Are ST flares available? What's their size compared to RSR or SC?

Probably a hundred of them. In addition to those mentioned,
No flare M505 / SE / slats Carrera flare with slats (Special Wishes / Exclusive) Turbo RSR RSR 2.8 RSR 3.0 RSR Iroc 934 934.5 964 Turbo S 964 RSR 993 993 with scoop (Exclusive) 993 Turbo 993 Turbo S 993 GT2 993 RSR And, if they qualify.. 935 (half a dozen variants) 959 965 If you include aftermarket; many, many more. |

Yowza. That's quite an extensive list. I should have clarified..."longhood" 911.

regarding "stock" in term s of G-body there is only:
- the "narrowbody" up to mid 77 - SC/Carrera from 78 to 88 - and the turbo-flares. Quote:

RSR is way wider that even a turbo

The flares used on Carrera from 'sometime in '74 or '75 up are the same, the '73 RS through at least some of the early '74 Carreras had a subtly different shape. There is a thread from years ago w/ all sorts of pictures. I know for a fact that my '76 Carrera flares are identical to those through '89 911
from '64 not counting race and rally cars there have been only 4 basic fender sizes shorter w/b '64-68 6/6 wheels these cars came w/ almost slab sides and used 6" max wheel width longer w/b '69- 77 regular 6/6 wheels these cars have a bit more flare but still the same 6" max wheel widths oe though 7/7 could be fitted, These are often called 7" fenders '73-74 Carrera 6/7 wheels w/ 7/8 options, these have a 2" wider rear fender than above and can be fitted w/ up to 9" wheels in back, fronts are the same 7" flares as above rear would be 9" flares '75-89 SC & Carrera, 6/7 wheels, 7/8 option, these have the same fenders as above, the contour of the rears was subtly different in '73-74 but all accommodate the same 7 & 9" wheels '75 -89 930 7/8 & 7& 9 wheels, these have the very wide fenders similar to those seen on the '73 RSR, the RSR used 9 & 11" wheels, so the flared are called 9" front and 11" rear. ST used 9" front and 10" rear flares, the fronts were the same as were used on 2.8RSR the rears split the difference between 2.7RS and 2.8RSR 3.0RSR had 2" added to both front and rear 2.8RSR flared to accommodate 10.5" & 14" wheels
