Head Liner, how much to replace?

I need a new head liner for my 85 11 Carrera w sunroof due to an accident while having the window tint removed.

Anyone know the total cost or how many hours a professional shop should charge to replace it.

Are the part as follows? New head liner, rear window seal, front window seal...

My best guess is $300 to have the front & rear windows removed and reinstalled.

$150 for headliner, $100 for window seals and about 5 hours at the uplosery shop.

Thus about $11oo????

Thanks for your help.

You also have to remove the rear quarter windows and the door seals. The liner is glued around all the window openings.
I bought the head liner and brought the car to a home based guy and he did it for 150.00

This was part of a restoration so I had all the windows out already and I put them back in. The rear window defroster wiring is a PITA as is the window moldings.
The rear quarter windows are not fun either. The cost of those quarter window seals alone exceed your figure for window seals.
This is a pretty sizable job.

more bad news. Most ordinary glass guys will not even touch a Porsche.

You should try to do as much of the work as possibe to keep cost down. There are alot of great posts on the whole process right here on Pelican.
