Well done, looks great!!!
|
I really like how it turned out. Need more pics of interior and engine bay ;). Good luck with the tire fitment issues.
|
Jim, I am running ES100s in a 205-55-16 size. They "should" fit according to everyone in the archives. They rub on the sidewall about 1 inch past the treadblocks. I will be increasing the rear camber and possibly shaving the fender lip.
I will try to get some pictures of the engine and interior. |
It seems that nearly 3 deg neg camber in the rear will allow the tires to clear. Now I just need to roll the fronts to a wider arch.
so here are a few more pics as requested. The engine. I have only washed the years of grime off it. I hope to clean and powder coat the fan/shroud, tin, valve covers etc... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1206968554.jpg The "correct MFI pump". http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1206968731.jpg The sport seats redone in correct basketweave centers and perforated bolsters. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1206968605.jpg My homemade basketweave door panels. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1206968647.jpg Another rear shot. yes, this is a garage paint job. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1206968784.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1206968800.jpg And the car is now finished enough to wear its marque badge. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1206968837.jpg |
