High Idle, Intake Manifold Torque Specs?

My idle is usually at 2000 rpms. I tightened down a couple of the bolts on the intake manifold yesterday. I am assuming this is on the side with the oil filter etc. The idle dropped down to 1200 rpms. Can someone tell me the torque specs. I am also assuming since the idle is supposed to be at 800 rpms, that I also have a vacuum leak. I someone has a diagram of the vacuum line, please let me know, I have checked all I can see and cannot detect a leak.

Thanks in advance

I think you are on the right track looking for a vacuum leak from hoses or maybe there is something going on with the ICV.

I cleaned and bench tested the ICV yesterday as well. It looks good.

there could be a problem with the electronic drive circuit in the DME that pulls the ICV to the "closed" side. There was a thread on this. As I understand it there is a FET that pulls it one way (open) and another FET that pulls it the other way (closed). If you can somehow confirm that the ICV is flipping back and forth per the proper PWM then I think there are only air leaks to look for. I guess you could also try the "idle adjustment" by connecting pins "B" and "C" or whatever they are and adjusting the idle "screw". I think when grounding B and C it runs the ICV at 50% PWM or "in the middle" of its range.

If your manifolds were so loose that your rpms only came down to 1200 after tightening, then it's very likely that you have a few sucked in manifold gaskets.
