Question Removing backseats

I am stripping the interior out of my '68S. Can any one tell me how to get the rear buckets out ?
They look like they are part of the carpet? Do I just ease them out? I need to make sure that they are re-usable. Thanks

The cushions just glue down, just pull up gently while sliding something under them to help keep the seat material from sticking to the body. The fold down lean backs are straightforward, but the flathead bolts may be frozen. Use WD40 or penetrating oil and use an impact driver if needed. Good luck.
