Did you buy this?:

PEL-SPEC-SPR
It should work on a 930S wheel. If you don't need it, PM me, I have a friend that needs one.

No , mine is nothing like that one in the pic. above?? I purchased thru Pelican. How I get this one? Use that '' pel-spec-spc'' as a part# to the salesman? Also , this spacer appears as it would cause the steering wheel to rotate in an ''eliptical'' motion , with the two mounting flanges on differant planes? What is the purpose of that , I wonder? thanks

I had that spacer on my 930 steering wheel and it worked great. I believe the offset allowed a little better view of the gauges and had no impact the rotation of the wheel. It is in the online parts catalog probably in the same section as the 930 wheel.

Especially with smaller-diameter aftermarket wheels, the offset spacer is great. It makes it easier to get into and out of the car, and also lets you see the important numbers on your gauges without having to rotate them.

Since it is being discussed, I'll mention that I have a MOMO bolt pattern eccentric spacer being produced that I'll be selling through Pelican. Look for it in about a month.

The factory steering wheels were an eccentric design after they reduced the diameter to the 14-15 inch range. Both the three and four spoke varieties had about a 1/2 inch upward bias.
