RSR bumper is on!
I finally finished installing a RSR front bumper. The rear YB has been on the car for awhile. With the stock bumpers and windshield washer bottle removed it added up to an 85 pound weight reduction. I will cut out the cooler opening someday when I get around to installing a front cooler. The SC is now below 2400 LB's. I'm taking it to the track on Monday and I will see what it feels like with a little more front down force and less weight.........Dave

I have the same one, from MA Shaw
![]() I've since lowered it another inch and put in a center-mounted Setrab cooler. Here she is squatting on WOT... Keep going, you can get it streetable under 2200lbs without changing any more body panels...

It's from TRE. It was not hard but it takes a lot of work. I have at least 30 hours including paint. I had to fab a steel plate to attach the hook to the stock bumper crush tube bolts and lining up the slot took awhile. The turn light buckets left the lights protruding about 3/8" so I cut out the buckets and re-glassed them to make them flush with the bumper. The brake cooler inlets did not have much of a tube to attach hose so I stuck plastic drinking glasses (plugs) in them and glassed around them to create tubes. It fits really good to the body and it takes about a day to mount to the car. The holes at the wheel wells are easy to mark from the fender to the bumper but I had to make templates to transfer the rest of the holes. I still had to file a few of them to fit. I painted it satin because someday the whole car will be satin. Here's a couple more pics.
