Weird Electrical Problem

I have a 1986 Carrera that is having a weird electrical issue. I don't think the car was that well maintained in the electrical department when I bought it.

The car has the central locking button by the AC controls. It doesn't work and I haven't had the time to sort that out yet. The issue is that everytime you use the power window or sunroof, the CLS indicator illuminates brightly. I forgot to mention that the red CLS indicator stayes illuminated all the time.

Anyone ever have similiar issues?

On my 88 the CLS indicator light is on all the time but is either bright or dim depending on the lock position. Regarding the sunroof action on the light.....ground issue perhaps?

The real problem was that I was driving on sat on when I went to roll the window up it no longer worked. But the interesting thing is that the radio, power seats, and sun roof all quit working at the same time.

I went look at the wiring diagrams and I am still troubleshooting the problem. I thought that maybe somehow someone has tapped into the circuit for the windows and sunroof and added the radio and pwr seats. I was thinking that my window relay behind the fuel gauge might have gone bad. I am going to put a jumper in to bypass the circuit. I can put a jumper to the fuse panel and everything works so its a power source problem somewhere but caused by what I have no clue yet.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
