Passenger Flag Mirror
I would like to install a chrome passenger flag mirror to my LHD 72T which will be driven in the UK.
Clearly the factory locating holes on the passenger door were designed for a 'single mirror' RHD application, so if an additional mirror is mounted in this position it would be partially obscured from the LH driving position. I believe that the factory produced some sort of a kit to include a template for the drilling of revised hole position to enable the passenger mirror to be correctly re-positioned - does anyone have a copy of the factory installation guide/template. You can copy the LH door holes and flip the template over, then move it back to where you need it. Tightening the nuts is a hassle, but you can drill new access holes as well.
Typing those search words in this thread shows....this thread. However, using advanced search does give up the info needed. |
