Hey Jim, that entire project was definately not a DYI.
They say what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. Feel like superman yet? Ha!

blown six

Bill

Nothing is bolt on with blown six. Nothing fit's proper and the engineering stinks.
It looks like they don't have jigs to weld on their mounting tab's. The location of the mounting holes are wrong and so on.
search for blown six and you will be supprised how many people are p#@*d off

Oh wee..

Well this was alot involved. SS exhaust, SS y pipe replace, K29,TIAL wategate, and thee gorgeous inner cooler.. I have heard from the owner of the car, that alot have had a problem with this set up "bolt on" All that was needed to do extra was offset bolt hole closes to TB, and make the thread on left portion about 1/2 longer.( But did require to remove Injection pieces from throttle body to turbo down plumbing) Also, i wanted it as high as possible to deck screen is the reason for the length.

All done to this beauty..
k29 turbo
B6 inner cooler
TIAL Waste Gate
SSi's
SS cross pipe(eliminated cat)
Clutch cable
Powder coat timing and VCovers, fan and housing
Reset timing(way too retarded)
Full engine and chasis service
