Anything unique about a 911 fuel cap?

I began smelling fuel whenever the car was more than 3/4 full at the last track event and spent some time checking around last evening. Looks like the gas cap on the car is an aftermarket universal cheapie (came with it when I bought the car), and when I tested the o-ring, it isn't sealing all the way around. No time before heading to the track tomorrow to order an OE cap from our host. Anything unique about the cap for an 86 911 DME car, or can I just go to Autozone and pick up a new one?

Probably the safe thing to do is order the OE cap. You could try the local auto parts store and switch the new gasket to the original cap.
