seeking Megasquirt II files

I am looking for the .msq file and ve/afr tables for a normally aspirated 3.0 911sc.
If they happen to be for a 3.2 intake, 964 cams and a GM (Clewett) IAC that would be a bonus.

My car is drivable but has a stumble at low speed acceleration. Looking for the files to use a comparison for my configuration.

Thanks,
Jim S.

Have you tried to raise acceleration enrichment?

yep. Bumped the lowest bin up a little. I don't want to stray too far afield with AEs before I feel confident with the VE table.

Jim, I may have asked you this before. Are you using megalogviewer to help analyze your ve table? Are you using ignition control?

Tried the "learning mode"?

Duke-fuel only. I have been using the MegaLog viewer. I'm interested in what others are using in their systems.

Mikez-not sure of the learning mode. Do you mean the Autotune? I haven't invoked that yet, I wanted to insure that the all the enrichment values were solid.

The autotune works nice in combination with a wide-band O2 sensor. The enrichment is not really critical here since autotune goes after static conditions. In essence you define a target A/F map. Then the wideband checks how far you are away from that target and suggests corrections to the VE map. The more you drive in that mode (the longer the Megalog data file) the better.

Finally, some hand-tuning to smooth out some rough spots and you should be very close to optimum. Then after all the static cases are dialed in its time to work on the transitions. Use a 50/50 mix of TP and MAP for acceleration enrichment. That seems to work pretty good in most cases. And make sure the recursive filters are set properly so you don't have noisy TP or MAP signals.

Since the injectors are very close to the intake ports on your engine you won't have to worry about wall wetting issues too much. Acceleration enrichment should be pretty straight forward.

Cheers,
Ingo

Ingo,
I'll use that strategy!
I will need to disable the enrichments correct.
Thanks,
Jim S.

Any time you work on tuning the ve table you need to shut down ego corrections and accel enrichments.

I'm trying to find the msq. someone sent me for a 3.0, I think it's in my other computer though.

Try looking at this older post:ms II Settings
