tire wear question

I track my 88 carrera and use toyo R 888's. I have noticed a wear pattern on the rear tires and am wondering what is causing it.

Basically the rear tires both wear very consistently just off center towards the outside of the body. This wear patch is about 1 inch wide and goes all the way around the tire. Obviously this is the part of the tire that receives the most contact with the road, but I am trying to understand why with 2 degrees of negative camber it would not be wearling more towards the outside. I do not over-inflate the tires (use between 32- 36 psi hot).

I would like to be getting more wear out of there tires as apart from this 1 inch wear zone the tire has plenty of tread including the outside edges.

Any ideas if this should be how a tire should wear given -2 degrees camber ??

Too much toe will do that.

My setting are 2.7 mm and 2.0 mm for the rear toe settings on the left and right rear respectively.

Does that sound right ?
