Firefox Login

Not sure what changed, but it seems a month or so ago, there was an update either on the site or with my Firefox installation. I can no longer login with my when accessing the site while using Firefox. I put in the User Name and password but it doesn't stick and I have to use MS Explorer.

I've searched the forum without any leads. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

there is a knowledge base on the mozilla site that should help.
Here is one post I found when searching for lost passwords
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Recovering+important+data+from+an+old+profile

I am on a mac and am using their mac browser, Camino, otherwise I would tell you how to fix it if I knew more.
BOL.
KO.

No problems here. I think you're difficulty is local.

I'm using Firefox 3.0 on Winxp with no problems. Sounds like a problem with cookies.

+1. I hate to state the obvious, but make sure you've got your browser settings set to allow cookies or else it'll lose track of your login information.

Have been using firefox for quite some time, no problems as being described. Just lucky, I guess.

I am having the same problem, it thanks me for loging in, then ... I'm not loged in. Cookies are inabled, it worked before ??? so whats up, I can only login if I use AOL. I emailed Pelican tech support, problem not resolved. Makes you wonder how many people cant get on now.

If someone can fix this please post , Mac user.

Probably an issue with either your cookies, or the bookmark you use to reach the forums. I remember seeing Wayne answer another thread like this.
Try clearing your cache and cookies, then start from pelican's front page and come in to the forums like you were visiting for the first time. Then make a new bookmark for the forum you want once you've had it remember your username/password.

Works now, deleted pelican from tool bar favorites, started over re-bookmarked, that worked.
