Fuse # 17
I have a battery drain localized to fuse # 17. IN a 1983 Targa. The fuse has a red wire and a red/blk wire at both fuse terminals. If I pull the solid red wires or remove the fuse..

I meant - does the fuel pump wire go to terminal #17 by mistake, which would explain a crank but no-start with the #17 fuse removed...

The wires to the fuel pump seem to be correct. That is what has me confused.
