Battery Wires Question
I'm trying to determine what the wires from my battery's positive terminal go to. In looking at the Bentley Power Distribution diagram for a '88 3.2 it appears I should have 5 red wires going to various components (including the starter) and one black wire going to the starter. On my car I see THREE red wires bundled together and one heavy black wire by itself that seems to head towards the dash area and then I'm not sure where it goes. Can I assume the one heavy black wire goes to the starter? It's connection at the battery looks very weak so I was going to replace it.
