Help needed w/ carburetor problem

I have a 1970t 2.2 car run good, I have a studder at high RPMs I thought it was the carbs, I had another person look at it who use to work at porsche dealer, we can not get the 6th bank on carb to respond on gas or air adjustment, I have done a compression test on all cyl. and all seem to be around 110-115 the 6th bank was a little lower 105-110, need to know if the valve is bad before I take apart could it be something else if I spray gas down 6th carb it does not change Idle??? the car Idles great so I dont know if it had a bad cyle. would it still Idle good, almost like Im running on 5 cyle. Hope some one can help.
Thanks for any help
