I was at Lime Rock on Saturday and took a lot of pictures. PM me with your address and I'll send you a disc.

say what you might/want about PCA, at least we have a president that isn't afraid to getting his hands dirty. Just a car guy like everyone else.

an engine shot or 2

and the arty engine shot

and the LeMans shots

or rather the competition at LeMans ... not many left apparently as Ferrari was rather meticulous about recycling them.

Great shot of John Fitch. A special picture, as he's getting older, and you never know if he'll still be there the next time you go back.

Got any more pics of the GTO?

One of my neighbors is a Ferrarista, picked up his new to him 355 to drive to the Vinyage Fest at LRP. He was telling me about that car, it's an unrestored original 250GTO, found in a barn in Korea. $30,000,000 was paid to the corporate owners of the barn property. The woman racing it at LRP ran out of brakes but kept on pushing anyway ended up second or third in her race. He has some audio on his BlkBerry that is just awsome

I might have one or two, but the problem was the light and the sunshine around the nose, when i was there taking pics, as well as my amateurish abilities with a camera. We needed Randy Wells there I think. This was one of the better shots though, that I have. About the best (in terms of personal favorites) car there really. Plus one or two or three or .... nice p-cars

That car should be declared an automotive landmark, preserved and protected from "restoration." It is a beautiful piece of automotive history, and so much of that story would be lost with all of the "blemishes" "fixed."
