CHT - normal operating range?
Can someone tell me the normal operating range for the cylinder head temperature?
I put a BIG MARK DESIGN cylinder head temp gauge in my car. Wow this thing works great. I put the thermocouple on cylinder #3 for simplicity. If someone knows a better cylinder number I am all ears! Thanks Mark

325-350F is what I see on my 3.6 and my 2.2 engines....my EGT is the one that fluctuates under load or heavy throttle.....

I see 375 F on head # 5, which runs the hottest. If you only have one sensor you might put it on #5 to see the highest temps.
