Need some heater advice

Well after the aches and pains of CIS, i made the swap to carbs and the car is running really well now (knock on wood). But now all of my stock heater goodies are laying on my garage floor. Any tips on how to get some heat into the car? It is kinda a tight fit to mount the blower fan but i think it could be done. any suggestions would be awesome guys. thanks

backdating works great except in stop and go street use during the rain causing fog windshield because there's no engine blower.
