What is THE Corvette magazine?

I know this is not the forum, but need a quick answer.

My step Dad is a new Corvette owner, and I want to get him a magazine subscription for his bday. I'm sure there is a particular magazine for enthusiasts (much like Excellence for example), but I have no idea what it is.

Anybody know?

Thanks!!

Todd

I'll try and be helpful and semi Porsche related in that I believe the publishers of Excellence also do Corvette Magazine http://www.corvette-mag.com/.

"Plastic Pig" is incorrect - its "Plastic Pachyderm".

Jay I do believe you are correct about excellence and corvette mag bieng the same publisher. It like excellence is great read providing your into vette's as excellence is if your into porsche's. We all like to poke fun at things we may not like, but face it "their" current ZR1, dollar for dollar has left every car mfg. more than a little twisted, wondering how the h*** they pulled it off. I am currently very happy in my "old" porsche, I started with a '59 cab and had alot of neat stuff in between and now I'm back with an '83 cab, keep your glass and give me galvo! Almost forgot I still have a great piece of glass in the garage, boy did I ever get boned on the ZR1 upgrade in '90, although I must say I still enjoy it from time to time. It makes me wonder when I look at that 32 valve 4 cam engine, how is that I would rather drive a flat 6 for enjoyment.

Thanks guys (at least some of you ;-) ). He's read my Excellence mags before (not sure why he didn't buy a Porsche, but he's wanted a vette for as long as I can remember), so I went with Corvette Magazine.
