Question strange noise when start at cold motor??

When the car (911-79 SC)has not been driven for a day or two, I hear a strange noise who are there for some seconds. Is this something to do with the oil cooler, It is like it is hard for "something" to start workeing, after some seconds everthing is normal.
(No metallic noise)

Could the noise you hear be the electric fuel pump? Does the noise occur when you turn the key or after you start the engine? Try to give us a little better description of what it sounds like and when it occurs.

The noise starts first when the car is started.
It is like something is starting pumping but
need to work hard for the first 5-10 seconds.
(like an oil pump?)It is different kind of noise, maybe like oil going up ?

Could be one cylinder not firing (flooded or worn valve guides).
That's what my car does. Change plugs and it will work for a day. After that, starts again.
"Noise" is disappearing after 1-5 seconds, depending on outside temperature. Then everything is fine. But the plug on cyl. 5 is usually oily.

Time for a rebuilt when the damned thing will explode-or I win the lottery.

But I don't want to scare you... I will drive home now with my baby, taking an extra loop around town.
