911SC 3.0 - connecting starter
I'm putting my motor back in after removing to fix some leaks. The one thing I forgot to smap a pic of (thought it would have gone back in much quicker) was the starter connection.
Looking at the starter from the back side (so, from front of car looking back), there is a longer post on the left, shorter on the right. 2 spades top and bottom. Spades are connected, but I'm not sure which post the wire that's on the starter goes to, and which post the wire from the car (battery) goes to? I found some pics searching, but there appeared to be a 3rd wire, so I'm confused. Todd

the long post goes to the battery, the spade goes to the yellow wire. that is the start signal.
the short post connects the solenoid the the starter motor.
