Why no more deep dish wheels like Fuchs?
Just wondering why Porsche abandoned the deep dish look of >7" Fuchs. I love how our wheels look but I notice that since the 964, Porsche has gone away from the look. Instead, the spokes on the wheels are pushed out. Is it only to make room for larger calipers?

It all has to do with offset. The late cars are high offest specs when they went to ABS. The higher the offset, the less the dish...
Cheers

+1 on the offset. I miss them too, maybe they should bring in the "Super-widebody" to make room for some really deep & aggressive wheels!! Isn't "ABS" for whimps?
