how many 911 Cab 1988 M491/M471 produced??
Hi I have owned my 1988 M491/M470 cabriolet for 4 years now, and was wondering how many others were out there?.
From various books and publications I have determined that there were 106 M491 Carrera Cabriolets produced in 1988, the M470 option stands for spoilers delete, so there is no Turbo rear spoiler, and no front spoiler "1989 speedster look" does anyone else out there own one with M470 option? thanks, JP

Here's the corrected list for the 1984-89 USA M491 cars. This list does not include the ROW cars.
BTW, "M470" is the correct code for the Spoiler Delete option. If yours is a USA car, it is one of 30 imported in 1988...a rare bird!

The time has come for me to sell my beloved car, it has 69k miles,
I am the second owner, it has full service history, books records, tools, C of A, etc. mostly original paint other than touch ups, all new top, tires, brakes fuel system, and has always been in CA. What would a fair price be to move it on. I had it appraised by Hagerty who have it insured for $ 65k. thx
