Stone guards?

Gents I am considering adding a set of stone guards to my 87 Targa, the kind our host sells to go in front of the rear wheels. Can any one advise how they install? Is it with 3M tape? and what about the half moon type cutout that is in the body, will that affect it at all? Thanks, will wait for feedback before I order them.

I bought my 80 SC in 87.. the stone guards were one of the first "blings" I installed.... it's 20+ years later and they still look pretty good...

Do what you like ..

[wasn't there a song of that title??]
